Subject: I wish I could be the one who won�t care at all but it�s killing me

She had managed to find the library, and had been curled up in an overstuffed armchair reading Othello by Shakespeare for the last two hours or so. Lengthy blond tresses were loose, and elfin frame was barely covered in a short strapless ebony halter dress. Feet were bare, spare the ebony polish that also covered her manicured nails. She was wearing the heart shaped diamond necklace and a silver bracelet she had received for her birthday from Tobias. Which was today. Meaning he was the only one who remembered, apart from her father who had called in the morning to wish her a good day. How was she meant to have a good birthday, if NO ONE FUCKING REMEMBERED?! Still, she had remained extremely calm. She had barely raised her voice at Adrien when he had muttered a greeting in the hallway. She was tempted, but she kept her fury inside. She shifted her position on the couch, stretching her long slender legs. She then curled them underneath her, and continued to read.
