Getting the right blessings in Pharaoh/Cleopatra is tricky and requires some work. First you must build enough temples or shrines so that the god's appeasement becomes amiable or better. (After amiable it becomes congenial, sympathetic, approving and benevolent in order). The number of temples required depends on population. In this map, the population should be less than 700 people, so just 2 Ptah temples are needed. Ptah's appeasement will then start to improve and little blue ankhs will begin to appear. Note that favor will only increase from apathetic once the population exceeds 400.

Blessings are given based on the number of ankhs and the time since the last festival. At the end of each month, the game decides whether or not to give a blessing. Minor blessings are usually given with 2 to 3 ankhs and 5 to 9 months since the last festival. Major blessings are given with 5 ankhs and no more than 20 months since the last festival. Minor blessings reset the ankhs to zero, so if you want the major blessing you cannot have any minor blessings along the way. This is where it gets at bit tedious.

Once you have 2 or 3 ankhs you are in "danger" of getting a minor blessing, so make a save close to the end of each month. If you get the blessing replay from the save until the month changes without giving the blessing (usually only have to replay once). This avoids the minor blessings and lets the ankhs accumulate to 5 ready for the major blessing.

Once you have 5 ankhs and its not too long since the last festival (you can always have another festival), you can force the major blessing in a similar way. Save just before the month end and replay the start of the new month until the blessing occurs. This might also be necessary if the major Ptah blessing does not result in filling the storage yard with pottery (sometimes Ptah selects a SY that has nothing useful in it)
