Aragorn trembled, twining his fingers into Legolas' hair- although it was hard too feel and it slipped through his fingers quicker than it should. 'Yes. Saying what I wanted. What I've always wanted. What I've always known. That I love him. And now I've ruined everything.' A pain stronger than heartbreak tore through Aragorn, stopping at his side and making him clench his teeth to stop the scream of pain. Breathlessly looking up through tear filled eyes, the lord knew he was showing weakness in front of the only one he ever would. "I'm so sorry," he whispered. Stars danced in front of Aragorn's eyes, and he weakly rested his head on Legolas' chest. Both of Aragorn's shaking arms wrapped around Legolas' body, holding the other to him in desperation.
