Subject: In Memorian, 2018

Remembering those from Pittsburgh broadcasting who left us in 2018:

Adam Lynch, 88 on Feb. 27. He anchored and reported the news at WIIC/WPXI, WTAE, KDKA, WWSW and WEDO.

Dave Goodrich, 72 on April 8. Local music historian who did research for Don Bombard's 13Q oldies show in his persona as "The Doctor of Rock 'n Roll."

Dexter Allen, 74 in May. He was the all-night DJ in KQV's "Fun Lovin' Five" in 1964-65.

Joe DeNardo, 84 on June 15. His career as a meteorologist spanned five decades between KDKA-TV and radio and WTAE.

Chuck Brinkman, Air personality at KQV, WTAE and WFFM who also hosted "Come Alive" on WIIC in the 1960s. He also served as music director at his stations for many years.

Stuart Brown, 86 on Aug. 8. He reported news for KDKA, WPXI, WQED and the Post-Gazette.

Gil Haag, 77 on Nov. 28. He held the titles of music director, production director and executive producer at KDKA radio in the 1960s and early '70s.

Sam Nover, 77 on Dec. 4. Long-time sports director at WIIC/WPXI who also did national assignments for NBC. Hosted talk shows on KQV and WAMO-FM and did play-by-play for the Pittsburgh Maulers, Penguins and pre-season Steelers games.

Condolences to the friends and families.
