I have been on Prozac since 1991 and have gone from a size 8 to a size 18.......I do not stay hungry all of the time, always at night, and not only have I gained so much weight, but my sex drive has disappeared. My doctor admits all the above but I need it....have been on every diet in history and nothing has helped me because I have multiple health problems as well and can't do much exercise. Guess you have to weigh the benefits versus the alternative and I will be fat and starve my husband of sex because the 2 20mg weekly pills are needed. GOOD LUCK!
