I went through the same things: I too was nauseous and the killer headaches were excrutiating and debilitating. I had the cramps too (but only especially in one leg). That all pretty much subsided after about the first two weeks. The only thing that helped at all was taking some Advil to help the headache. There is light at the end of that withdrawal tunnel.
