We all know why weight is gained. Eating the wrong foods and lack of exercise all contributes to weigh gain. I know because i have been there, done that. Most anti-depressants make you feel letargic, so exercise isnt something we want to do. Poor eating habits caused by lack of enthusiasm also helps us gain weight. I am doing heaps of walking and really taking an effort to put the right foods in my mouth. It just takes more effort when taking anti depressants. I really have to drive myself. But the result is weight loss and feeling a whole lot better. Keep up the good work because depression and weigh gain is a vicious cycle
