We get so bogged down our minds become like a computer that has too many programs, and sometimes our brains feel overloaded. It's no wonder, with all the information - good and bad - that we are bombarded with daily. Soooo, allow yourself to do nothing, absolutely nothing. Just sit or lie down in a dark room, or anywhere peaceful were you won't be disturbed, and hear nothing, see nothing, think nothing, and breath gently and calmly. It may take an hour or more, though forget time, but eventually it will break the tension that has built up, and allow it to shift. finally be kind to yourself and don't harbour negative thoughts, just turf them out.
