I just started taking Lexapro 10mg today after being off of Prozac 20mg for the past year. Prozac caused me to gain weight and I have lost 60 lbs. over the past year since I discontinued its usage. I have also however adopted a new lifestyle of eating a low carb diet and encorporated daily exercise too so I can't contribute all my weight loss to my decision to stop taking Prozac. I hope my body reacts like most individuals who are taking Lexapro...appetite loss, no cravings for sweets, ect. Good luck to everyone!
