I think it's the Lexapro causing my weight gain too! I was on zoloft for like 3 months and had awful nightmares so I was switched to Lexapro because I had been told it had the least side effects. Well 15 lbs later in a month 1/2 here I am. I am going to quit taking this and see if it helps. I suppose it effects everyone differently but I can not take gaining any more weight...AUGH. This is worse then the depression!
