I have also experience a significant weight gain. I am usually around 135 lbs. and 5'4". I am now, after 8 months of being on 20 mg a day of Lexapro, up to nearly 210 lbs. My eaing habits haven't changed, infact, they have improved, and I have been exercising more, due to my hectic work schedule (I do anthropological digs and surveys). I am going tomorrow to have my thyroid checked. Perhaps a side effect of the Lexapro is Hypothyroidism!
