I have been taking Lexapro for 2 1/2 weeks. 2 weeks on 10mg and 20mg after. I too have lost weight (10lbs). I have had some side effects mainly insomnia (lasted about a week), jaw clenching, loss of appetite, sex drive is almost nil. Even with all of this it seems to be working better everyday, my OCD seems to be subsiding along with the depression. The only lingering effect seems to be initiative......I just cant get motivated....I am hoping this too will lift.
