I have been on Lexapro for 2 months now and my weight has only fluctuated approx 2-3kg (approx 4.4-6lbs) which considering it was Christmas/New year I'm ok with. I was previously on Edronax (well still am) and my main concern with both was the sweating. I too have been on Prozac, also, Effexor XR, wellbutrin, Zoloft, Lovan, Largactil etc etc but the worst by far was Avanza - I gained 20-25kg (I think that is about 40-50 odd lbs) in 2 months!!!!
All I can say is different drugs work for different people.
