I have been on wellburtrin sr for about 8 mos now. The meds worked at first but then started wearing off. I upped my dose and that seemed to work for a while. Wellburtrin is a great drug its just not strong enough. I lost over 35lbs on it and(i never thought I'd say this)I was getting to skinny. It also increased my sex drive and number of orgasims. I was still very depressed, crying all the time so my doc put me on lexapro in addition to my wellburtrin sr 400Mg a day--10mg of lexapro. The lexapro seems to be a mericial drug however I am gaining weight rapidly. I'm not ok with gaining weight so I think I might stop taking it as good as it makes me feel.
