 I have been on Lexapro now for 1 year and unfortunately have gained 10lbs. Before starting Lexapro I had been able to maintain the same weight of 117 lbs for 6 years and was worried but my doctor assured me that weight gain was not a side effect. Well I think she was wrong. I've tried to go off of it gradually but I always start feeling dizzy and crazy so I'm not sure what to do. I know I don't want to continue to gain 10lbs or more a year.
