As far as the weight gain goes though, being on 5 instead of 10 hasn't helped me at all. Sorry. I am currently looking for alternatives as well. I was on Paxil first and that wasn't much better.....although I'd say it was a "little" better. With Lexapro I've gained 25 pounds in a year and doesn't seem to matter what I do.
