I am a fitness instructor and I exercise intensely 5 times/week and watch what I eat but I still gained 10 lbs+ in just 4 months on Paxil. My doctor switched me to Lexapro and I feel like my weight is still rising! I am definitely going off of the Lexapro. Can I quit cold turkey or do I have to gradually stop? Does anyone know? Thanks.
