I have been on Lexapro for nine months now and I've gained 25 pounds with no significant changes to my eating habits. I've actually been going to the gym MORE. It's frustrating.
I'm starting the process of going off the Lexapro now though, so I'll see if that has any effect. As far as helping me through a tough time though, it was invaluable.
