I have been on Lexapro for 6 months and have gained a total of 8 lbs. I am a type II diabetic and have noticed my A1C is within normal range since I've began Lexapro - When my blood sugar gets low (75 - 80), I feel weak and light headed and have to eat in order to bring it back up. I have not been as "religious" about maintaining a low carb diet thus the 8 extra pounds.
