 I have severe anxiety and was placed on 40 mg of Paxil, gained about 25 pounds, switched to Celexa, gained 20 more, switched to Prozac, lost about 10 pounds. I really need to lose weight or I am going to seriously go nuts. Before I got sick, I was a perfect 125 pounds, now I am 145 and very upset with the way I look. I can't get off this med b/c of how severe my anxiety is. What can I do?? If anyone has lost weight let me know. Thanks
