This weight sure is hard to lose isn't it. I am just now starting to see results from diet and exercise. I never ever had a problem losing in the past. I've been off the prozac for about a month now. The funny thing is when I first started taking it my weight dropped and suddenly about six months into it out of nowhere 15lbs were gained, I stopped right away, I just couldn't bear to see an even greater increase. The B vitamins are really helping my pms.
