I have been on Prozac for over 10 years and have gained over 150 lbs. I recently went to a new dr. who told me that he was 100% sure that the weight gain was because of the Prozac. I started the medication at 150 lbs. and am now 315! I am 6' tall and was skinny and had anxiety attacks which is why I started Prozac. Well now I'm weaning off of the Prozac and I hope that my doctor is right that I'll start losing weight.
