Yes, I believe Prozac/Sarafem makes you gain weight.I have been on Sarafem(same as prozac)for a year and am now tapering off it. I gained 10 lbs in the last year and that was with exercising and not changing my eating habits at all. I have increased my workouts to 5 times a week for the last month and have not lost an ounce. I am hoping that after I am off of this I'll finally be able to lose the weight I gained. I've heard thru these postings on the web that a lot of people have suffered weight gain on Prozac, even though the doctors say it isn't the drug. I think it is!!!!!
