I was taking 10-20 mg of Prozac for 1 year when I went off of it, without telling my Dr. I am 25 and have always been a healthy size 3-5, but since taking Prozac, I can't even fit the size 10 pants I bought last week! My size changes weekly, it seems, and I have gained nearly 20 lbs. This is shocking and upsetting for me because I have always had a fast metabolism and been able to eat and wear whatever I wanted. Now I don't enjoy shopping for clothes because I know I'll grow out of my new big size in a few days. I stopped taking Prozac, by the way, because of this weight gain. I found it made me even more despressed.

Now I have less energy, feel guilty for eating normal portions of food, and want to sleep all the time. I have mood swings and feel down. I feel like I am still changing sizes every day.

Hang in there. I'm trying to lose weight, too!
