I've not tried Prozac, or Effexor, but I can tell you I just took myself off Zoloft. I was on it for one month, and I gained 13 pounds. I got SO depressed about the gain, I cried more than I did before the meds. What a joke. Some help THAT was. My eating habbits did not change, although I admit I was hungry ALL THE TIME, I just fought it to the point of wanting to kill everyone around me.
