I have been on several different medications for treating my depression and panic attacks.Every time I take them I gain atleast 10 pounds!I feel like I'm achey and tired,bloated,and have terrible gastrointestinal troubles.I eat very healthy and work out at a gym 4 days a week.I cannot lose a pound.I cannot stop taking my meds either and just don't know what to do.It is so frustrating knowing that a tiny pill is the cause to this weight gain.I feel more depressed from the way my clothes fit (or don't fit!).any ideas would be wonderful.I am now on 10mg of a new medication called Lexapro that WAS NOT supposed to make me gain.I have gone up almost 2 sizes in my clothes in 6 months.
