I was on Prozac three years ago and gained 45 lbs in a year. I was able to get off of it and stay pretty stable by taking a strong dose of B-complex, I felt pretty good for several years and then with a change in my job came tremendous pressures that seemed to trigger depression, anxiety, etc, etc, you know the score. Well I have been on it for three months have gained back 25 lbs already!!! I can't believe it. I got down to 150 lbs and am now edging close to 180 no matter what I eat or how much I exercise it does not matter I just keep gaining. I am going to try quitting again. I quit cold turkey last time and did okay as long as I took my B-complex faithfully every day. I might try every other day for a few weeks to help ease it. Wish me luck girls. I hope I never have to go back on Prozac again. It does get rid of the anxiety and black moods, but then when you have to look at your fat in the mirror or go shopping for new clothes for you nice new fatter figure, it kind of puts you back down in the hole. I want my figure back so wish me luck guys. I was really enjoying several years of a good figure and now I am chubby wubby again. Hate it.
