 I was on Paxil and when I forgot to take the pills about 3 days I starting getting electric zaps too. How weird, it was in my neck and happened all the time until I took them again, then I decided that was too weird for me to handle and my doctor switched my meds to prozac.adding in prozac and decreasing paxil at the same time.

Well, low and behold I started gaining weight being on Prozac, time to get off that, in doing so, I have simular sensations but nothing to the degree with paxil.
