I have been on Prozac for three years now. I too have put on weight -- about 15 pounds -- and no matter how much I exercise or what I eat, I can't lose the weight. After reading these messages, I've decided to slowly wean my self off the Prozac. This scares me a bit because I feel so much better mentally while on it -- plus, the last time I tried to quit taking it, I had these weird "electric shock" type sensations in my head. I went back on it just to stop those sensations, and now because of the weight gain I'm sorry I did. Has anyone else had these sensations?
