The so-called "ex Lion Fan" has his facts all screwed up. For example, it was a different running back who fumbled the ball immediately after Leon Ivery's beautiful run of 75 yards. As for the so-called "trick plays," the Lions only used one "trick play," in the game, a "flea flicker," which did work to perfection. In the second half, the Lion offense moved the ball effectively against Yale using their basic playbook. Maybe the "ex-Lion Fan" should transfer his loyalty to the Princeton sprint team. That's a team that needs support from whatever source, maybe even from someone like the "ex-Lion Fan," following their excruciating 91-13 loss to Penn last Thursday night. I feel sorry for the Princeton players, and hope they can bounce back next season, but common sense says it's time for Princeton to end its sprint program as it has virutally no chance of competing with Penn, Cornell, Army and Navy.
