He called Slackman "a leader who’s always in the film room and gives high effort in practice". If a football player can have success in the Ivy with out scholarship, reduced (10 game) schedule and post season ban, then they have a good chance of succeeding in a different location. On the other hand some Ivy football players may need to adjust to the new circumstances after becoming acquired the restrictions.
