I have always admired this coaching staff as they do seem like a good group of guys. For what ever reason it's not transferring into wins come game day. However, the team is there for the student-athletes, not the coaches and while it's ultimately up to the coaches, I think the best tactic at this point is to give everyone playing time and close out the season on a high note. I really think this staff just can't get it done. Their best seasons were with players brought in by the former staff. Cornell has been mediore far too long, I'd like to see a staff given another opportunity.
