I can only recall two at Dartmouth (not saying there weren't more)

Ian McGinnis had an "easy" one that was 10/10/10

Bryan Randall had one in the late 80s against Harvard.

It's possible Walter Palmer had one in a glorious game against Harvard where he blocked 12 shots.
