Cooper Flagg did not make the US Olympic team. He was selected for the USA Select Team, which is the scrimmage sparring partner for the Paris Olympic-bound Team USA

The USA Select team is stacked with young talent from across the NBA, such as Brandon Miller (Charlotte), Keegan Murray (Sacramento), and Amen Thompson (Houston). Thus, it still is an honor to be selected for this team as his age,
