 Generally networks that broadcast games on live tv will not let the school stream those games as a means of protecting their investment. Surprised to see that Yes will let Yale stream the game. That said, Yale pays for the Yes coverage so they probably worked that into the agreement.

It would be interesting to know how the number of internet viewers compares for the "free" Cornell games versus the pay-for-view games put on by the other Ivies. Is there any evidence that Cornell has been able to build greater enthusiasm or loyalty due to the free streaming video?
