You might want to watch the game again. Yes, the Tigers are not a great team but they controlled the line of scrimmage all game. The Tigers made mistakes too but the game is on the line of scrimmage. The Tigers also had a decent pass rush all game. In addition, Colon is a far better QB than Hipa and that made a big difference. Sometime you just get beat by a better team on any given day. That was today.

I was pleasantly surprised by this game. I did not think we would win this game, let alone decisively. Brown had some good moments and clearly some really good players on both sides of the ball. But they did not look good over 60 minutes, and not like a team that best a highly ranked URI team. Maybe URI was overrated, I don’t know, but it was still an impressive win.

Agree that Colon has earned most of the playing time at QB. I am extremely impressed with the frosh WR Robinson. A lot of pose in that position for a frosh.

I still think we will have to pull off upsets to end up in the top half of tge standings. I see at least 4 of our remaining opponents with an edge on us, but the win today is encouraging ,,, for now, lol.

Just watched the replay (I was busy yesterday trying to save our democracy…).

I agree with P-Fan and Bengal that this was a solid and convincing win in Providence. The Tiger offense in particular was impressive and the play calling, execution and overall flow all looked much better than we saw last year. Most encouraging was that the OL consistently opened up running lanes and gave Colon plenty of time to throw. That combined with 4 TOs resulted in a game that was not close.

After Mercer dominated both lines last week it was good to see Princeton bounce back. We will see next week if the Tigers can match up with the Crimson in the trenches.

Bengal - sadly, I won’t be able to get back for a home game this season but hope to connect down the road.

Offense was fine under Colon; since they will need to maximize offensive possession results versus Harvard. need to maximize use of best personnel. OL did a nice job, although I don't know how to assess Brown's D line. IMO Tiger DL needs to step up run defense. No doubt Harvard is a major hurdle but this could be a good game.
