OK,strike my last sentence from that last message of mine. It would appear you can be civil and I believe it is better to have an ally than an enemy. I agree 100% with your "simplest point" and I also agree if we could bind government within the chains of the constitution then we would be able to exercise our right to ignore the state, at least as long as we can also get an amendment to forbid conscription. I sure hope I'm still alive when that day comes. No hard feelings retained. Thanks,

Ps: Not to start another argument, but if the term agnostic can be applied to Einstien then I believe it is only because he believed that the presence of God could not be proven nor disproven. He did express belief in His existence.
