All that is ever required is that we be true to ourselves. It doesn't come easy, and in many cases it takes many years to find one's stride. We listen to the bs, we listen to the adulation,we listen to the voices in our head, playing the same messages and causing chaos and confusion. Somewhere in there we figure out (usually with help) who we are. You are in such a position (you have been for a long time) where people will tell you what they think you want to hear. The very cool thing about it all now...is that you control all of this because you are strong and defiant and brave and you. Yeah, you know who you are and who you are is rather lovely. Be well.

Just wanted to say that i was a fan back in the early 70's
and thank you for those memories i will never forget them,
i had great times following you guys around the uk and also at heathrow hanging out with the girls undercover in normal cloths as we didnt want to get chucked out by the police :0 :)and it was worth it as i met you all personally and have photos with you as well so i was lucky to get close to a roller and get passed fat fred!! remember him :0 :) your body guard.
I also met your parent frank and flo and as your father was not able to speak i learnt sign language to just say hello and that made me smile and him too. :0 :) i am sorry you lost them i know how it feels as i lost my mum 7 months ago but they live on in spirit and watch over us and we meet again when we pass, i hope you are ok and enjoying life more remember to be happy and smile as we are not here for long in this world so give it your best as you have already done!! made lots of peolpe happy now its your time too give yourself ssome love and who matters most. im 47 yrs old and 34 years ago i was in a very happy place because of you guys making my days wonderful with music and energy so thanks a million for that.
