Subject: Kim does run the plays in practice, but she just doesn't have the GAME EXPERIENCE to be totally calm and collected when she does get into a game. You have to realize, Kim has only played 27 total minutes in her college career; a player with so few minutes can't be expected to run every play perfectly, and they tend to make "rookie" mistakes, like shooting bad shots when there is an open post player and things like that. Everybody goes through it. When she does become more experienced (which will only come by playing in the games and learning from her mistakes) she will become the player that we know she is. Cut her some slack; she is only a freshman.
In reply to: muskieman 's message, "Does Kim realize that there are plays to run? Does Kim know she is not the offense and that every pass to her does not mean she should take a shot? The scope is and she knows it that if she wants to play Kim ball that she will sit until she learns to play "Xavier team ball"! I hope she wakes up before it is too late. BTW at the last home game she got in at the end and twice did not run the play called and had to be pushed and told by player where she should be on the floor. I do not dislike her in fact she is from my wife's home town and we want to cheer for her because she has talent." on 14:15:08 01/24/02 Thu
