Kim does run the plays in practice, but she just doesn't have the GAME EXPERIENCE to be totally calm and collected when she does get into a game. You have to realize, Kim has only played 27 total minutes in her college career; a player with so few minutes can't be expected to run every play perfectly, and they tend to make "rookie" mistakes, like shooting bad shots when there is an open post player and things like that. Everybody goes through it. When she does become more experienced (which will only come by playing in the games and learning from her mistakes) she will become the player that we know she is.
