*she sets the chalice down upon the darkened wood of his desk, eyeing it almost nonchalantly before returning to a chest of her own belongings. It had been too long since she had been through the weapons she kept in it, and she slides her fingers over the carefully wrapped blades before pulling one out. The dagger she chose had been her favorite; its blade sculpted of obsidian and its hilt of bone, the carvings upon it tinted a deep blood red. Wrapping it back in the black silk, she lays it upon Kyrvik's bed... the one she had shared with him until a few days ago. Perhaps the possibility of her death brings the memories back in such force, or perhaps it is just her separation from Kyrvik. Clenching her jaw, she closes the chest, turning away from it. Slender and toned body leans against the study bedpost, waiting for him to join her, and knowing what she would ask of him to be difficult...*
