Whenever I captured you, whenever I sent even one assassin, whenever I myself honoured you with my presence, I was thwarted! Queen Braeden remained as far from my clutches as, oh, say... love." The Death Dragon resumes his steady pace towards her. "Perhaps it's the fact that I could not capture you that drove me to such desperate plots. Had I been of sound mind, I might have prepared myself for the loss of magic, but alas, it was not to be. Now, my dear, there is nothing between us. No walls, no guardians, no magics. When my body rips itself apart, I swear that you will already lay dead in my claws. And then... oblivion."
