Road my surfboard to the levee but the levee was dry

Them good ol' horses were eatin' alfalfa pie

Wasn't all that good

At first he stunk

But he practiced every day

He was in all the beach-mares' dreams

He bought fancy hay and silver horse shoes

He was the beach-stud, it's true

He had a crowd of mares or two

Then one time a big stallion came

It's was surfin' horse's thrown he wanted to claim

They held a surfin' contest, and guess who reigned?
