~Glowing spheres watched the brute approach, silver pupils reducing to slits. A slight grin graced her dark lips as he spoke a gentle nod of her dial given in respect as he spoke. Her own voice emerged soon after as her dark lips parted, the ivory fangs beneath showing as she spoke.~

~She looked him over as she spoke, not menacingly, just merely curious.~

You have scales of the darkest night, m'lady Shadowess. Have you spoken to any else, 'cept me, since your arrival in our lands of shadows?

[a simple question][and an odd one at that][yet, the duke of everdark knew that the minx would be at great loss here, with her ebon cursed scales][granted, it may not mean anything to most][yet, to the royalty... it could be a different case all together]

~Emerald ooids watched him as he spoke, his words easily reaching her ears. A grin eased its way upon her features. She knew the danger that her form brought about, but she did not care, she had been through it all before.~

~Aye. A vixen by the name of Jeispera I believe. And as for being worried about danger to myself because of my color, I am not. It would not be the first time that I have been hated because of the way I look, nor would it be the first time that I had to fight to survive.~
