Vixen turned her hi-hued gaze onto the first brute that addressed her, an interest sparking in the depths of her. Another Pure such as herself. She had begun to think there were next to none of them left. Dial was bowed in respect, for she immediately sensed his importance in this place. She was just about to speak to him in return when the other showed up. Icy blue and ivory white spheres were focused now upon the new individual, auds taking in his words as well. Vixen of ebon was rather surprised to know they were brother's for something in her told her they were very very different. f course, though this newer brute was a Pure, she could smell something, sense something different about him. She couldn't pin-point it exactly, but it was there. She nodded her dial to the larger brute as well, though not quite as respectfully. Gaze was returned to the elemental mascu, for she knew that was exactly what he was. He held more of her interest than the other did.
I thank you both for the welcome. My name is task'vassnti, but I prefer to be called vassnti.
Her voice was musical and soothing. It flowed from her parted maw like sweet honey, thick and tantilizing. Her heartstone shimmered as she shifted some, pulling ones attention to it. It's blackness so blended in with her own hide that it was not immediately noticeable. It was the only thing that adorned her raven hued body, but it did not detract from her ethreal beauty. She held the same beauty as any other Shadow, even without the addition of jewels and such to her lithe form. In fact, she preferred not having them. She considered it a marrment of her beauty. Intriqued by these two Shadows, she took a step closer, gaze focused intently on the obviously more important one as she waited to see if he had anything more to say...

Vixen raised a single ebon brow at the brute's revelation. The Heir to Everdark? How interesting that news was. Not that she was one of those annoying vixen's that went after a dragon due to his title. However, considering he was the Heir to the Shadow kingdom, he might actually pose enough intelligence to make it worth her wile to get to know him and hold a decent conversation with him. Could be interesting indeed. A battle of wits perhaps?
I've heard much of your father, Raistlin. I would like to meet him some day. Of course, meeting two of his sons is quite a pleasure as well.
A toothy ivory smile was given, the minx clearly turning on the charm. And one must admit she had a quite a bit of it. She could never be one to be accused of a lack of charm. Delicate dial was tilted to one side, gaze narrowed some in thought as she looked intently into the brute's eyes that had dubbed himself Ethra'Kaal...

The brute's attention was focused narrowly now, his dual optics which had long since faded from electric yellow on her own. Evidently, his title seemed to have some effect on her, but not much. Good, he wouldn't waste his time on any less. He nodded politely at her words and carefully choosing his own, sent them back.
Raistlin is not nearly as entrancing as he is made out to be. He is a great dragon, no less, but no more, either. And I can assure you that your meeting will not be too delayed. He is with Bavatos's mother. A new race has been birthed...
So he did know the happenings of his land after all. Ah, was a picky piper he was. he held her intense gaze with one that spoke of boredom, but still a vague interest. He remained silent, now awaiting her response.

Icy blue and ivory spheres were intent upon the handsome face of the Heir, minx smirking slightly at his words as if amused. Vixen's gaze then flickered from Ethra'Kaal to Bavatos before she could speak, auds keen on his speech. Delicate dial nodded at his words, vixen bowing slightly in respect. He was, after all, Raistlin's son. Bi-hued ooids followed him as he left, her gaze only focusing on Ethra'Kaal again once Bavatos was out of sight. Dial was raised in a regal manner, the vixen now wishing to ask him what she had not before because of Bavatos' short interuption.
Your father is rather...promiscuous I've heard. Bavatos is your half brother and you say your father has sired another clutch that is of a new breed. What new breed is this exactly, if I may so inquire?
She had gone way over board with her words and she knew it. Then again, she had always been one to speak whatever she felt like speaking. She really had no right to say anything about Raistlin, especially what she had just said. It wasn't her business to speak of the Shadowlord's transgretions. It wasn't her business either of his new clutch and this new breed. But she was nosey and didn't care who knew. Ethra'Kaal would either answer her or he wouldn't. That was his choice, so she waited...

Vixen's beautifully carved dial turned towards the newcomer, taking in his ivory appearance. It was at such odds with her own of the deepest ebon that she was a bit taken back. Bright colors were not her forte. Bi-hued ooids narrowed as they roved over his form, the vix taking a step back from him. It wasn't intentional, it was merely a reaction somewhat akeen to shock at his hue. Only after several long moments did she bow her head, eyes meeting his and holding that gaze of scarlet.
The pleasure is all mine, I'm sure. It seems my assumptions and the rumors are rather...correct.
She didn't make a comment as to what she meant by that. Whether or not the new brute had heard her comment on Raistlin being promiscuous she wasn't sure. However, she was sure that he was quite smart enough to figure it out on his own. Seeing as he was a Pure it shouldn't be too hard for him to figure out what she had been talking about...

The drake looked pointedly at his brother, a gained control cracking slightly as ooids narrowed t'wards him. To say he was not pleased was an understatement. The brutes crystalline talons tapped darkly on the ebony rock as a second set moved instictively to his neck. Careful to avoid the side of topaz, a border he could see without seeing, he kept a dark gaze upon his brother. A dark smirk replaced a look of maturity and control and he moved slightly, forming a triangle between the three of them, equal distance between all, and all within his perceptive field of view. There was barely a responce other than this to the appearance of the brute. And there was certainly no respect offered to the drake. Instead, he kept a careful gaze upon the male, allowing his conversation with the dame to fall flat. Xephyr was probably more entertaining anyways.

Ebon vixen edged a little further away from the ivory brute, not feeling all that comfortable with him. It was his color that bothered her more than anything else. She was a lover of the dark, of the shadows. Ever since she was born the shadows had spoken to her. They had been her friend, her companion. And this brute of ivory reminded her not of her beloved shadows, but of the light she despised. Icy blue and ivory spheres returned their focus to the brute she favored. He was the same hue as her making her much more comfortable with him.
I recognized your power as an elemental. Over electricity if I am correct. What of your deguise form if I may so inquire.
It wasn't really a question, more of a comment. She wasn't sure if he would answer her or not. He didn't seem to dislike her as of yet, but with her half-sibling here she wasn't so sure he was into the whole conversation ordeal. An ebon brow was raised questioningly, the vixen waiting patiently to see if he would answer her or ignore her...

Vixen smiled, the action causing her beauty to increase. Of course, she hadn't done it on purpose...this time anyways. One that had beauty should always use it to her advantage, but she didn't feel she needed to in this situation. Taking in his words, her smile seemed to turn more intimate as she gazed at him. Silky voice spilled from her maw, caressing the air like warm honey.
My own disguise form is that of a Gaian. I can't say that I think much of them, but the disguise form of a cavern dwelling Terra is much to my liking. It fits my personality if you will. As for a learned power, that's part of the reason I have come to Everdark. Not just to join my fellow Shadow's, but to train to become a Time Keeper.
Yes, she dearly wished to work with her beloved shadows. They were her allie. They told her things, kept her safe. The darkness behind her shifted at her thoughts, seeming to reach out and caress her ebon form in a loving manner. They whispered to her, telling her interesting things. The intimate smile remained upon her dark facade, the beauty's dial tipped to one side in a curious fashion...

He mimed her smile at such speach of the gaians and of he rpassion for the shadows. He was more of an elemental, if he dared to say, but to each his own. It was interesting that one with a gaian form would be interested in the shadows instead of something, more interconnected, such as fire, or water, earth or wind. Mind, the moon wasn't exactly an element. He nodded his approval at the decision to become a Timekeeper, it was a worthy position. His own deep, rumbling voice followed her smooth one as maw parted into two.
Both are valuable assets. I'm sur eyour form will serve you well, as your power will, once you have earned it.

Vixen watched as his interest wavered and died. My he didn't stay focused or interested very long. Of course, his complex personality only made her want to get to know him better. To draw him out into the open so to speak. It was a challenge that she thought she would greatly enjoy. She slipped a little closer to him and further away from his ivory sibling. Away from his brother, whom she had the feeling was getting in the way of the conversation. It wasn't neccessarily that she had it in her head to try something if she could get Ethra'Kaal alone. She really actually was only interested in his thoughts and interests...for the moment. Other things could be thought about later, but for now she wished to discover the mystery that was the Heir to Everdarkk...

The smirk that had lazily drifted from his face returned adding a quality of darkness to his already daunting sillhouette. He nodded slowly and spoke with an equally slow, entrancing tone.
