The horns are a good start. Myself, I drive a Honda, and we all know what those horns are like. I had to replace that dumb baby horn with a real horn - the Freeway Blaster. So, the first step for a concerned driver would be to upgrade the horn, which you've already done. Next, the art of using it - always longer than necessary! Never use a one-second honk when laying on the horn for 5 seconds will produce better results! Unfortunately, there isn't much else we can do as law-abiding citizens. For info on what we can do if we no longer abide by the law, email me and I'd be happy to share my knowledge!
