Volunteering on a few political campaigns does not mean you are qualified to serve as a United States Senator.

When fringe no-names like this guy attempt to run for an office for which they have no chance (see Charlie Crystle), that is the price we must all pay for having a citizen-democracy whereby the legal qualifications for running for office present an almost non-existent hurdle. It is a good thing that the realities of the system weed these people out, so that they have no chance to win.

My guess is that Pennachio won't even be on the ballot next year. Somebody should inform Chuckles that it takes more than mere ipse dixit to appear on the ballot. He won't get enough signatures during the petition period to qualify for a spot.
