There will be one winner from each age division who will receive a beautiful crown, trophy, and sash. There will be three alternates in each division who will receive a trophy. All contestants will receive something. No one goes home empty handed.

Age Divisions 0-11 Mos. Sunday Best, 12-23 Mos. Sunday Best,24-35 Mos. Sunday Best, 3-4 Yrs. Sunday Best, 5-7 Yrs. Sunday Best, 8-10 yrs. Formal wear, 11-13 formal wear, and 14 & up formal wear

GOOD SPORTSMANSHIP IS A MUST!! Beauty Entry Fee $45.00
Pageant begins promptly at 2 P.M. All contestants must arrive no later than 1:30 P.M. Registration will begin at 12:30 P.M

**Divisions may be combined if less than 3 contestants in an age group! If more than 10 contestants the age group will be split.

**Ages 7 & under may also wear Flower girl dresses.

Photogenic: This category is optional and has no bearing on the outcome of the pageant. There will be one photogenic winner in each age division who will receive a trophy. If entering, please submit a recent photo plus $10.00 for one photo or $20.00 for unlimited photos. Name and age should be on back of photos. Bring them the day of the pageant.

Side Events: These categories are optional and have no bearing on the outcome of the pageant. We will have a Best Personality, Prettiest Hair, Prettiest Smile, and Prettiest Eyes in each age division. You may enter all of the four events for $20.00, or individually at $5.00 each. The winner in each event will receive a beautiful trophy.

Overall Beauty: There will be 2 overall queens! One will come from the birth � 4 year olds and the other will be from 5 & up. These contestants will have the highest beauty scores of their breakdown. She will not win queen in her age group so more contestants will have a chance to win one of the lovely crowns being offered! You may enter this event for only $15.00

Sponsor Award: The girl who brings in the most sponsor money will win a beautiful trophy. Attached to the back of this form is sponsor tickets. At $1.00 each you may sell tickets to earn your entry fee and work toward the sponsor award. If you plan on selling more the 48 tickets, make sure you make a copy of the attached sheet before you begin selling them. Please bring sponsor tickets the day of the pageant cut apart and in an envelope with your name and the number of tickets sold written on the outside.

Sibling Discount: 1st pays full price, 2nd pays � price, and third or more are free.

You Must be entered in beauty before you can enter any other events. There will be a $5.00 door admission for everyone except the contestant plus 1 adult. Under 12 $2.
