^ Nodding in understanding that the young colt was in more serious condition, he takes the commands from the mare with a non-chalant attitide. Following her intructions, he carefully lowers himself to a laying position and patiently awaits for the Advisor. After she tends to the colt and starts on his leg, he listens carefully to her words...giving an occassional bob of his head. Taking the draught, he makes a strange face at the bitter medicine. Then giving a soft sigh, he lowers his head a closes his eyes...drifting into a light slumber as his body slowly goes numb for the medicine. ^

    ^ Rousing from his sleeping state, the words of Everlast reach the steed. Giving a soft snort, the still rather groggy chestnut starts to rise but then decides against it. Taking note of Starpath laying close beside him, a slight smile forms upon his sharply featured dial and extends his muzzle to nuzzle her lightly.
