Khari,
The next step in the formation of the International Chen Pan-ling Association occurred when Guy Prentice(RTCCC President and Senior Judge) and Marian Early(from RTCCC) initiated the first formal registration at the annual tournament(U.S. International Kuoshu Championship Tournament held on July 22 - 24, 2005 at the Hunt Valley Marriott hotel in Baltimore, Maryland sponsored by the United States Chinese Kuoshu Federation). This generated much interest among those present, which included participation from countries such as China,England,Canada, Mexico, and some European nations.
The Tournament's sponsor U.S.C.K.F. President Huang Chien-Liang is a practitioner of Chen Pan-ling’s Form and included a CPL Form division in this year’s T’ai Chi event. This was the first time the Chen Pan-ling Form has had its own division in a major tournament in the USA.
Rochester T'ai Chi Ch'uan Center has set up an initial basic website for the ICPLA attached by link to its home page: rtccc.hypermart.net/news.shtml
For now if you want to register, fill out form and submit it until we set up a Member Registration Page.
Brian
