You obviously didn't bother to read a single thing that I wrote. No where did I talk about force-on-force or using physical conditioning in taiji.

At this point, I suggest that you go back to the second post that I made and read what i wrote. I'm clearly interested in discussing CPL taiji AS A MIDDLE FRAME FORM. That is the title of the thread.

To get us on track, here's what I wrote there:
"Seeing most people do the CPL taiji, I can’t help but wonder if they will ever develop any martial arts prowess from just doing the middle frame practice. After all, not every CPL group does the small and large frames, or even considers them valid. I say that because there is a idea out there that CPL taji should be practiced exactly as CPL showed it in his book. But then the book was written just before CPL died. Should the postures ALWAYS be done that way knowing that CPL was no where near his prime then? The answer is obvious."

THIS is the whole post that I wrote on my blog:

Does anyone have any thoughts on CPL taiji as middle frame vs. large or small frame?
